Building choirs and confidence in the workplace

Bespoke and fun team-building choral workshops for the corporate and private sector, run by our specialist leaders

Build a choir in half a day with The Voice Squad! There are no auditions and it isn’t necessary to have any musical background to join, so there is no pressure.

We will tailor each package to the needs of your organisation. The Voice Squad can work with a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 300; the numbers will depend on the space available, whether an office, a meeting room or a factory floor!

There has never been a better or more important time to invest in new, creative ways of bringing colleagues together from different backgrounds and hidden talents. What are you waiting for?!

The benefits of music have long been researched and it is now well established that SINGING:

  • helps forge social bonds
  • is an excellent icebreaker
  • improves our sense of happiness and wellbeing
  • helps overcome the sense of isolation
  • reduces anxiety and depression
  • is effective in pain relief
  • is cognitively stimulating and helps memory

The Voice Squad can provide fantastic team-building opportunities, from one-off sessions to a regular workplace choir with weekly rehearsals leading to a concert. If you would like to explore this further contact sriddell@armonico.org.uk

This has been an adventure and a learning experience, but most of all, it has been such good fun

It is a great way to take a break from work for a while to have some fun and relax.

All of our organisations and businesses are facing some of the most uncertain and challenging times ever. Nurturing a workforce that is both physically and mentally well and resilient is critical in this climate but is too often overlooked. Embracing the opportunity to free up your colleagues to engage in singing workshops and forming a choir, will not only improve their individual and collective sense of wellbeing; it will enhance productivity too.
