If, between 8 and 11 September, you encounter a cycling group of saddle-sore musicians accompanied by a familiar-looking wine expert, put a few quid in their donation bucket, buy a concert ticket, and give them a cheer to encourage them on their way.
Members of the renowned choir and music charity Armonico Consort, together with TV celebrity Oz Clarke and founder director Christopher Monks, are again donating their time and talent, tackling the punishing climbs of the Jurassic Coast in a fundraising bid to establish children’s choirs and dementia choirs across the region.
The team will be bursting into song at busking stops, giving concert performances, schools’ workshops and care home visits.
