Communities
Led by Armonico Consort’s professional musicians, we bring our expertise and knowledge to create amazing musical experiences for everyone, from young people to employees and older adults, through a wide range of education and community singing programmes.
Independent studies have proved that singing has an incredibly beneficial effect on mental health and well-being at all ages, building confidence and self-esteem in children, combatting isolation in older people and helping to reconnect memory and alleviate anxiety in people living with dementia.
OVER 55s & OLDER PEOPLE
Our specially-trained musicians lead choirs in retirement villages, sing-along sessions in care homes and singing groups for people living with dementia and their carers.
CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
AC Academy is our extensive education programme reaching 15,000 young people a year through in school choir creation, after school choirs and exceptional performance opportunities.
WORKPLACE CHOIRS
Voice Squad is Armonico Consort’s workplace choir scheme which brings employees from across the business together in a social and fun activity, benefitting mental health and well-being.
